"Therefore encourage one another, and build up one another, just as in fact you are doing."  1 Thessalonians 5:11

What is a Shepherd Group?
A small group consisting of about 6-12 people who meet in area homes on a weekly basis.  The weekly meetings are approximately 2 hours in length, and generally consist of fellowship, Bible studies, and prayer time.

What is the purpose of a Shepherd Group?
Shepherd Groups are a foundational support for spiritual growth and ministry at KBC.  These small groups provide relationships, encouragement, and strength that extends into the day-to-day highs and lows which make up most of our lives.

The Groups are made up of individuals who want to grow and study God's word and share their lives with each other.  Sharing experiences and encouraging one another develops strong "extended family" relationships.

Why do YOU need a Shepherd Group?
In a Shepherd Group, you can be nurtured in your spiritual growth as you study God's word.  People need people.  Shepherd Groups provide a place to be known and loved.
